Payment must be received before the event
date. If payment is not received, the delegate will be asked
to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit
card. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is
always welcome.
Cancellation must be made in writing.
Cancellation charges will be applicable as under:
One month
before the event – 10%
Two weeks
before the event – 20%
One week
before the event – 30%
Within 7
days till event date – 50%
It may be necessary for reasons beyond the
control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or
venue of MEALF 2011. MEALF organizers will not accept
liability for any transport disruption, individual transport
delays or failure to obtain entry visas, and in such
circumstances, normal cancellation restrictions apply. |
