MEALF 2011 prominently displayed a wide range of artificial lift equipment, products and services at the sidelines of the conference. It featured all leading international companies that are involved in the manufacturing, supply and servicing of these technologies. In addition, the MEALF 2011 exhibition also showcased the operations of companies that employ various types of artificial lift systems in their oil production activities.

Payment must be received before the event date. If payment is not received, the delegate will be asked to guarantee payment at registration with a personal credit card. If you are unable to attend, a substitute delegate is always welcome.

Cancellation must be made in writing. Cancellation charges will be applicable as under:

One month before the event – 10%

Two weeks before the event – 20%

One week before the event – 30%

Within 7 days till event date – 50%

It may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organizers to alter the content, timings or venue of MEALF 2011. MEALF organizers will not accept liability for any transport disruption, individual transport delays or failure to obtain entry visas, and in such circumstances, normal cancellation restrictions apply.
